As one of the most prominent entrepreneurs in Louisiana, Nidal exudes a vibrant aura and infectious passion in every business he engages in. By building 27 businesses from the ground up, he has turned every challenge into a success story. 

Carolyn's inate ability to lead and resolve any matter of concern is a true blessing to us. Since joining us in 2014, she has enhanced every aspect of this business. Gracing us with a smile every morning and  25 years of experience, she truly holds our operation together. 

Chef Henry brings 28 years of experience to our team. As a partner in both Zeus and Agave and one of the most reputable chefs in the area, Chef has become an intrgral part of our operation. Each dish he prepares is made with love and will please even the toughest of food conssieurs. 

Shortly after attending culinary school, Adam made the jump to our organization.  Adam leads a team of cooks in mass food production for our restaurants and helps ensure that only the best quality food reaches our beloved customers. 

With 20+ years of experience in the food service industry, Emad joined this family in 2015. He has managed every Agave location and brings a wealth of knowledge and support wherever he goes. 

Naeem joined us in 2014, and has helped our Downtown location flourish. His natural ability to lead and consistency as a manager has benefited us beyond measure.
